Default Question regarding Slow Mitigation

Excude me if this is the wrong subforum.

I am trying to get this to work. According to the changelog

Code:
==07/05/2009==
gaeorn: (drakelord) Added slow migitation. Set npc_types.slow_mitigation with the portion of slow you want mitigated: 0 = 0%, 1 = 100%, .5 = 50%, etc.
So if i try to set this to a mob in using the peq editor , the npc is not affected. I tried 1, .5, .7 etc but nothing is happening, mob is slowed fully.

Anyone else have this problem or am i doing something wrong?

Should be working without a message based on that post. PEQ uses it I believe; download latest PEQ and filter where slow_mitigation != 0
