Spell Shield does not work

I did some testing today and neither spell shield from items nor spell shield via enchanter buff line (Circle of Alendar) work. The max hit remained 3015 whether I had Alendar, max spell shield, no spell shield, etc. I don't know if this is a known issue or not, but if it isn't then consider it known
