Cant Connect to Loginserver

My brother is trying to connect to the login server and get's a time out error every time .

he has changed the eqhost file but when he enters his user name and password it pops up a timeout...

Limiting Spawned bots

I like the Bots in game but spawning a Raid force of them is a little overkill SO i want to Limit how many Bots a Player can spawn to lets say 2-3 bots per player ?

Update

Not Sure what was wrong, But when i removed everything and restarted,all over i got it working. I zone and my static zones are now working . i didn't do anything i didn't do last time, So i am not...

Uninstalled ALL Perl files,Restarted PC, Downloaded 5.8.8.822.MSI and not the ZIp and Ran the Install.Re-Restarted PC then installed the DBI, DBD-MySQL and IO-Stringy and works fine...
