Look in the source code and check to see if it was motified too go to lvl 70. If it was not then go ahead and motified and recompile it.

your items in the DB are off. if you used the installer 3.52. in there was some batch files that run the update from 6.6 - to 7.0 run those updates and it will fixed the items.
